As we kick off the start of Action for Brain Injury week we want to say a big thank you to the Wonderful staff from the Le Marchant Ward who donned their fun hats to support our annual ‘Hats for Headway’ initiative. We are so fortunate to have a great working relationship with the rehab team who support the work that we do at Headway Guernsey. The whole team who work on the ward provide the most incredible care to their patients and we feel very lucky to know such a wonderful bunch of health care professionals. Working with the health professionals on this ward showcases how collaboration within the health service and a charity in the 3rd sector can work, aiming to bridge the gap post hospital discharge and providing a fluidity of care into the community. Thank you Le Marchant ward for all that you do!
